The user will need to, in war thunder itself, by going into customization of said vehicle, and then clicking the wand icon, which states ” create a user skin sample file in games folder” or similar lines.
Then the user needs to open file location, and simply paste the downloaded TGA into that created folder, and overwrite the one that is within that folder already.
