Pokemon Stadium 2 is a video game released on October 19, 2001 for Nintendo 64 , being the direct sequel to Pokémon Stadium . In this second part, as in the first, you can fight Pokémon battlesin 3D , with a multitude of game modes.

Like its predecessor, in this installment the main objective is to win battles, beat coaches, overcome cups and gyms, to finally face the last challenge.
The vast majority of attacks have been visually improved, for example, the lines of the fire or water attacks have been smoothed, Earthquake is more colorful, the cutting attacks look more aggressive, the electrical attacks have been greatly redefined, the shadows and lights of the pokémon have been extensively worked.
The pokémon look much more 3D than in the previous installment, for example, Ponyta’s fire is more real, Gastly or Koffing ‘s smoke is faster, Magneton’s glow is more real, Aerodactyl’s movement was redefined, etc. The scenarios have undergone a great improvement, the graphic detail increased considerably. This can be seen in the Kanto Gyms or the Prime Cup, which were also seen in Pokémon Stadium.
