HeXen: Beyond Heretic, or simply HeXen for some platforms, is a first-person shooter video game developed by Raven software and released by ID Software for PC (MS-DOS), PlayStation, Sega Saturn and Nintendo 64.

It was supposed to be a continuation of the erotic, in which the adventures of Elfsidhe Corvus were said against the first of the scary snake riders, but it is only a spin-off game, immersed in the same universe, but in a different world. Tells the witches about the adventures of three heroes who fight the second rider, a six-armed demon named Korax. In 1997, a sequel to “The Witch II” was published.
On August 4, 2007, HeXen was released on Steam’s digital video game distribution platform, along with a collection of other classic ID Software titles.
In Ketzish, the adventures of the Chanduns, in the land of Parforis, were told by an elf of the Sidhe clan named Corvus, who destroyed the first and weakest of the three snake riders, D’Sparil. Time passed, and two other demons prepared their own plans of destruction, so as not to finish as their brother. Centuries later, and in the time-honoured world, people have learned to use magic in a more sophisticated way, leading society to be divided into three groups: the Legion, where brutal cruelty reigned; mystery, where magic was the main instrument, and the church, which acted as a bridge between other groups
